How to install 

1) Copy the contents of the "QotD" directory to your Movable Type 
   plugins directory (typically located at mt/plugins/)

2) Copy the contents of the "mt-static/plugins" directory to your 
   Movable Type static files directory (typically mt/mt-static/plugins/)

3) Login to Movable Type 4 and select your blog's dashboard
   (the QotD widget does not appear on the system dashboard)

4) Answer the QotD!
