* Only does entry discovery through RSS, need to add Atom support
* Needs a fallback mechanism should RSS and Atom NOT be found
* Does not trottle pingback
* Does not trigger republish of entry
* Does not run callbacks
* Does not send notification emails
* Does not work with mod_perl and FastCGI
