2.0 - Updated for Movable Type 4.0. Added multi-blog support.
    Removed the need for an inner 'Entries' tag. Any arguments
    given to the OnThisDay tag are passed through to the Entries
    tag (such as 'category', 'author', etc.)

1.1 - Update to fix inclusion of extraneous entries when using the DBM
data driver (range selection based on creation date doesn't appear to
be all that accurate).

Also updated to exclude entries from the current year (or the year
of the entry the tag is operating from).

Date code now takes the blog time offset into account.
